 Support für Simulator Modelle
|
Da ich die Simulator Modelle kostenlos zur Verfügung stelle, aber dennoch einen durchaus großen Aufwand in deren Entwicklung stecke, habe ich mich aus Zeitgründen dazu entschieden keinen individuellen Support für die Modelle zu geben.
Ich bitte deswegen um Verständnis, daß ich keine E-Mails mit Support-Anfragen beantworte.
Mit den folgenden Hinweisen haben sich bisher fast alle Probleme lösen lassen:
- Info- oder Readme-Text des Modells lesen. Bei komplexeren Modellen (z.B. Corsair) findet man dort ausführliche Anweisungen zur Konfiguration (z.B. Kanalbelegungen, etc.). Ich mache mir extra die Mühe, also bitte auch lesen!
- Software updaten. Die Modelle werden von mir immer auf der jeweils neuesten Version der Simulator-Software entwickelt. Wenn ein Modell nicht oder nicht korrekt funktionieren sollte, liegt das fast immer an einer veralteten Software-Version!
- Simulator-Software neu installieren. Nur für den Fall, daß sich ein Modell garnicht erst installieren läßt, aber dennoch die neueste Version des AFP Deluxe vorliegt, hilft in fast allen Fällen eine Neuinstallation der Software. Alle zusätzlich installierten Modelle bleiben dabei erhalten.

 Support for Simulator Models

My simulator models are cost free, but nevertheless I put an immense efford in developing those models. Because it would cost me additional time and efford I decided to give no individual support for those models.
I apologise, but therefore I will not answer any e-mails with support questions.
With the following hints almost any problem could have been solved in the past:
- Read Info- or Readme-text of the model. For more complex models (e.g. Corsair) it contains detailed setup instructions (e.g. channel setup, etc.). I'm doing this extra efford, so please read it!
- Update your software. I develop my models allways with the latest simulator software version. If a model does not work at all or does not work properly, the reason for that is in almost any case a wrong software-version!
- Re-install your software. Just for the case that a model cannot be installed at all, but you have the latest version of AFP Deluxe, in most cases a complete re-installtion of your AFP Deluxe helps. All additionally installed models remain available after such an re-installtion.
